Refund Policy
At Lumera, your satisfaction is our priority. If you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions detailed below.
Deadlines

Dissatisfaction with the product: Up to 7 calendar days after receipt.

Manufacturing defect: Up to 30 calendar days after receipt.

Visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.): The customer must notify us within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery, providing photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., removing links from a bracelet).
Once the product is received and the quality analysis is approved, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another product available in stock.

Receive a refund of the product value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video of up to 1 minute or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and the visible label.
Important: The warranty does not cover

Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

Inadequate use of accessories.

Natural wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery depletion, etc.).
